Transducer Models
The Accutron Pro Series offers four sensor types for multiple airflow monitoring applications.
Drift / Tunnel Sensor
Used for ramps, drifts, travel ways, shafts, tunnels and raises. The Pro Series Drift sensor features a tap-on laser alignment for easy installation. It also has a tilt alarm for when a sensor is bumped out of place and a built in sensor status heartbeat LED.
IDM Duct Sensor
Used for auxiliary ventilation for fan and ducts. The ball and socket design allows for easy alignment and quick installation with square or rounded ducting. It is easily removable for maintenance cleaning and has a built-in sensor heartbeat LED.
Fan Sensor
Used for surface intake and exhaust fans. The Fan sensor features a ball and socket design for easy alignment and removal for maintenance cleaning intervals in applications involving buildup. It also features a built in sensor heartbeat LED.
Long Range Sensor
Used for roads, tunnels, salt mines, room and pillar. It's designed for long distance runs, wide tunnels and large cross-sectional areas. It features a tap-on laser alignment, tilt alarm for when a sensor is bumped out of place and a built in sensor heartbeat LED.
Pro Series Software
Never miss a reading, never get a spike. The Pro web interface allows users to easily manage and configure devices. Our Accutron Digital Signal Processing (DSP) provides advanced J-Filter noise discrimination. Further our Pro Series sensors suppress other background interferences so you can be confident in your airflow readings.
Designed for the User
The Pro Series uses patented transducer designs for quicker install times with features such as the tap-on laser alignment function, daisy chained sensors, and on-board diagnostics. Further features such as the tilt-alarm function for sensor misalignment warnings and sensor orientation allows users to confidently verify installs and settings from anywhere on the network. The Pro Series dynamically calculates face to face for accurate measurement setup.
Air Quality AccuBus
The Pro Series AccuBus connects up to 16 Modbus sensors all daisy chained to the Pro Series. Connect sensors to provide temperature, pressure, humidity, heat stress, gas and more to the Pro Series for a full mine air quality information (see MAQS for popular configurations). Accutron sensors come with quick M12 connectors for quick and easy installations. Cable splitters allow for various sensor configurations saving you on excess cable lengths. Cables come in lengths of 5m, 10m, 15m, 20m, 30m, and 60m for a variety of applications.
