Environmental Monitor
ClimaTrax 2 is a modular environmental monitor for temperature, humidity and pressure, designed for harsh mining environments. We also offer the ClimaTrax Pro for envionmental monitoring designed specifically for the Accutron Pro Series. It’s compact and connects easily on the AccuBus with quick connect cables.
Heat Stress Monitor
Heat stress occurs when the body’s method of controlling it’s internal temperature starts to fail. Heat stress is dangerous and it’s important for companies to follow health and safety guidelines to keep workers safe. The ClimiTrax 2 monitors heat stress when connected to the Globe Temperature Sensor. It accurately monitors WBGT (Wet Bulb Glob Temperature) and Heat Stress warning workers visually of changing levels in 5 different ranges.
Thermal Work Limit Monitor
The ClimaTrax 2 can monitor Thermal Work Limit when connected to the Globe Temperature and SP Ultra. TWL is an index that predicts the maximum work level that can be sustained without exceeding a safe core temperature and sweat rate. The ClimaTrax 2 can be configured to custom work/ rest cycles, alerting workers visually at each level. When connected to the Globe Temperature and SP Ultra, the ClimaTrax 2 can also monitor wind chill, giving even more information for safe working conditions.
