The Air XD is a highly accurate, real-time dust monitor that enables users to maintain safe working conditions at all times. It instantly detects the precise content of respirable dust in the atmosphere so appropriate actions can be taken to ensure a fully protected environment.

Real Time
The Trolex Air XD separates dust particles, based on size, into 24 different bins for highly accurate real-time dust concentrations.

No pumps or filters
This open flow device requires minimal maintenance with no filters, pumps or moving parts.
Accuracy
The algorithm processes up to 10,000 particles per second to provide dust concentrations with an accuracy of +/- 5%.

Breathe Software
The Breathe Software makes analyzing dust concentration data and configure you units remotely, in real-time, from a single dashboard. The easy to use platform allows users to store and view real-time and historic particulate data.
Real-time Respirable Dust Monitor
Real-time accurate respirable dust levels are displayed on the unit screen and alarm points allow instant response to dangerous dust levels. Air XD ensures that mandated Permitted Exposure Levels (PELs) are not exceeded.
The units are simple, durable and lightweight and contain no moving parts or consumables. There are no filters or pumps and post-shift laboratory analysis is not required. Accurate to within +/- 5%, the Air XD provides a reliable, convenient and easy-to-manage dust monitoring solution to hazardous industries.
Environmental Monitoring Station for Forest Fires
The Accutron Environmental Monitoring Station allows underground mines to identify and monitor smoky conditions on surface near fan intakes. The Sentro 8 monitors gases while the Air XD monitors dust particulate in the 2.5 pm range; the most prominent size of forest fire smoke particles. The AEMS allows mines to make informed decisions based on the air quality on surface.
