Accutron MineCO™ Dual Range
Ensure a safe air quality environment for mine re-entry after central blast
The Acc-MineCO is a dual range gas sensor and provides operators with real-time CO gas measurements. This transmitter equipped with dual sensors provides readings of CO from (0-500 ppm) & (0-12.5% Vol).
The Acc-MineCO is specifically designed for underground mining applications, and was developed in compliance with “Ventilation-On-Demand” control strategies.
- Dual sensor capability allows one EC and one other type of sensor to be connected to the same transmitter, with distinct 4‐20 mA outputs.
- Available Smart Sensor system for simplified maintenance and calibration.
- 30 Min Trending Capability
- Calibration performed with a magnetic pencil
- Programmable Instrument Tag
It features non-intrusive calibration for hazardous locations, with an easy-to-read LCD concentration of gas level or trends.
The intended design reduces equipment costs by offering a “2-in-1” construction with the Smart Sensor system. Allowing for simplified maintenance and installation of pre-programmed sensors with individual 4-20mA connections.
With accurate real-time data at hand, blast clearance times can be reduced by precisely utilizing time needed to clear toxic fumes for mine re-entry. In effect, worker productivity is increased.
